Interior question

I have had my truck for a couple of weeks. I take care of it and use it for daily drives no hauling. What I've noticed it that the door panels, and console seem to scratch so easily. It's like if I reach down to unbuckle seat belt or buckle it I seem to leave a mark. I guess that when I open the door my watch band or wedding ring just have scratched the panels, leaves a faint white mark. looking at it closer seems it made minute scratches I can see tiny burs of material. I worry that in no time at all my truck will befall scratched up. I've not seen the shave as easily on my wife Subaru's interior and we've had it two years. Is there anything to help protect it? I got some Meguiar's interior detailing and sprayed a micro cloth to clean it up, I also noticed scratches were my foot touched the front panel as I get in. Little disappointed in the easy of causing damage! Any ideas would be a great help. I do know I need to put nerf bars on it to make it easier get in and help eliminate my foot hitting the side as I get in.

Thanks to all

My 2017 OR has the same thing and the plastic cover over the dash gauges scratches really easy too. My drivers door by the speaker is all scuffed up where my shoe hits it getting out. The plastic on the seat is scuffed from getting in.
3M clear adhesive on the contact spots?

See if ya need a cpap/bipap for home if you have the sleep apnea.

**** that, if their sheets are ruining a trucks panels by transporting them, I'd rather just pass in my sleep.

I actually have the apnea anyhow... I'm a gambling man, no Vader mask for me, fritter on and stay the course bitches.
