2017 Tacoma trd pro, I have 16”wheels, will probably upgrade to 17” need to know how big can I go on either rim with out any offset or lift, wanna stick with the fox suspension. Thanks.. will like to see anybody’s pictures with tires for a better decision on looks and rim size.

The 17 Pro is 1” taller stock and the wheels have a +13 offset vs +30 on the 17’s you can run 275/75/16 or 275/70/17 no problems. If you can find 275/75/17’s they would work, but could rub some. If you’re going to go 17’s aftermarket I’d get 0 or -6 offset.

I missed the pro part.

I’ve seen someone put 285/70/17 on stock and claim not much rubbing. o_O I’m guessing that’s going straight and not hitting any bumps? I’ve seen people put the same on the pro and have less rubbing. I wouldn’t go bigger than 275/75/16 or 275/70/17 without lifting it more.
255/85/16 is tallest you can run its a true 33View attachment 21890
Pizza cutters haha

So if I were to let's say trade in my stock tires when my truck gets in from the factory what would people recommend? I'll have a 19 off-road and would prefer stick to AT or a hybrid/RT tire. Going to be running 265/75R16 size. Plan on majority of road travel but plan on getting off the pavement 30 to 45 % of the time .

These were two of my faves...
Ended up with knock offs of the A/T that I wouldn't recommend but are fine for me... lol20181113_191808.jpeg20181113_191959.jpeg
