What are the first mods I should do to my 1999 Tacoma prerunner xtracab?

Im trying to make my Tacoma look tough and also add horsepower, so I would like to know what should be some mods I can do to achieve this? Anything helps thanks.

Probably not going to be able to do much in the way of HP gains short of a blower.

What about like an air intake or a cat back exhaust. I’ve heard those add some power to it. But I’m not sure if it’s worth it.

At the end of the day it’s still a Tacoma. They’re just not designed to be powerhouses. Their excellent, and maybe even the best, at what they do and what they’re designed for.
You’ll pull a few more horses out of a blower, exhaust, etc. But I’d be careful with the truck due to its age. That’s just my thoughts.

Your better off putting the v-8 out of the tundra in the tacoma if you want h.p. gain.

Yeah, I would have to see what small mods I can put on it and not make it look like a Riced out truck
