Owned trucks/SUVs growing up, then switched to a fast car when moving to Virginia in 2013. Got too many speeding tickets and missed driving stick. Ordered my 2017 TRD Sport 6spd shortbed in April 2017. This will be my first Tacoma ever. I'll get more satisfaction out of the nice cosmetic upgrades of the Sport over the functional upgrades of the Off-road model. I don't do any real wheeling so shouldn't ever need the locking rear diff. If I change my mind in the future, maybe I'll add an ARB air locker.
