You can buy that on crutchfield with integration and install kit with a premade wire harness for just over a grand if you want wire less carplay, much cheaper if you get plugin only carplay.
With proper offset wheels you can clear the uca but it makes the rub on the cab mount worse. There is a sweet spot between 0 and neg 12 offset that some people have managed to avoid rubbing by using after market ucas and perfectly set alignment. It's hit or miss some people say no rub and others...
More lift does not always mean more clearance the issue on the Tacoma comes from tire width more than height. They will clear a 33 inch 255 80 r17 stock height on stock wheels but will rub a 285 width 33 even with a 3 inch lift.

I would not tap the existing USB port as it is primarily for data to the head unit and charges very slowly. I have not tried to use a fuse tap on the inside fuse box but I have on the under the hood for switched power for something else and it should work and you could get constant or switched...
It only takes about 10 min I've done it several times twice during the switch pro/USB project and again to put in the remote start. It's well worth it and once you get started it's only about 30 min for the whole thing including wiring. If you don't want to go through the fire wall to power it...
