Toyota appealed the class action lawsuit in June. Hopefully, it will go in our favor and we’ll all get our frames fixed.

I just saw that in June, appeals were filed I assume by Toyota. So this is going to delay things again.

I just received the frame settlement information. It says if you have a frame perforation of at least 10mm, they will be fixing the frame. If not, they will be putting on some corrosive protection. www.toyotaframesettlement.com
