Not sure if this will help or not, but I ordered mine through a broker, and got the exact options I wanted. Maybe a broker may have more influence.

I wish the TRD cat-back was a bit louder. My '13 has the s-c and TRD cat-back. I'm considering replacing muffler itself with an aftermarket muffler to make it a bit louder. Other than this, I love the truck.

I have the same deal on my 2013. She's supercharged so I don't want to use conventional oil. I pay the price difference to my dealer for full synthetic.
