Own a 2014 TRD Sport; thinking of getting the attached carrier just for lawnmower. Being a new truck owner, will this kind of trailer do any damage? I assume my hitch is attached to the frame but just want to double check. Sorry just learning.

I imagine as long as you're only using it for a push mower you'll be fine. Of course a push mower will fit in the back of your truck without the use of this contraption.

You should be fine then. The reciever for the trailer hitch is attached directly to the frame and should carry that aluminum hauler and a small push mower without issue.

Aluminum ranps for your truck are probably 1/3 the cost. But the cargo carrier does look fun.
