Exhaust

Oddly enough, with stock intake and exhaust, Turd gens have several tune options that put us around 300hp with a little less tq... but we can't talk about all that... Turds are garbage... [emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787]
Really?! 300hp? Just tuning?

This is pretty outdated, there's been 5 newer versions released since he wrote this, (1.03, 1.04, 1.05, 1.05.1 and today he released some test versions of the 2.0) but 278+17 is 295 and 260+25 is 285. Lol
There were a few claims of +45 hp, which would be 323hp, on the top end with the newer 1.05 93 performance tune and probably an intake and catback or something but, I've never ran a 93 tune so I really can't say and wasn't going to make that kind of a stretch.

Regardless, it's a lot closer to 300 than 240... [emoji23]

What the tune does at lower rpms is much more important anyhoo...

I knew before posting that the haters would pop up; I don’t have to prove anything to haters. U don’t know what else I have done. Hate on hater!!![emoji51]. I absolutely love my 2009 Tacoma . It’s my baby

I know some of you are into all out performance with tunes and psi and thats cool, just not my thing. I just wanted my taco to run the way I thought it should. Completely stock mine would start chugging at 4200 rpm when on a get on ramp. I installed a Borla catback and a K&N panel air filter and now pulls strong from1000 to 6000 rpm with no hesitation. All ya gotta do is let it breath. As far as the gas mileage thing, it has not noticeably changed my mileage.
