Very doubtful you’ll be able to find just the cover by itself. But here is a whole assembly for $68 and at least you will have replacement mirror in case you bust the other one for some reason

Base on this OEM diagram with the vehicle info you provided, the piece you are looking for isn't sold separately. https://www.toyotapartsprime.com/oem/toyota-8791004230.html?Make=Toyota&Model=Tacoma&Year=2017&Submodel=&Filter=(t=Limited;e=6+Cyl+3.5+L+GAS) . It most likely fell off your Tacoma.
