I'm planning on getting 285/70/17 with some -12 offset rims. Pro comp or american racing.. I was wondering if I can fit those tires with the bilstien set to the very top notch? I believe it give u around 2.5 in of lift. It says not recommended. So I was wondering if it would work with the shocks set at 1 or 2 notches from the top. Would that work?

I have 285/70/17 Cooper AT3 XLT on Bilstein 5100’s all around. Setting is set at zero with OME 2887 coils . I recommend Headstrong Off-Road. Preassembled struts and coil. IMG_1581988427.219822.jpgIMG_1581988447.185688.jpg

I ran that size and offset wheel with a 2" lift and set to 4° caster in the alignment. Very little rubbing but I did end up doing the cab mount chop end of last year. Now running 285 /75 -17 ~ 34 x 11.50. 20200311_122802.jpg
