i can see why you like it. that is sweet! i wonder if it is easier to pedal than the upright cruisers? i have an old gary fisher mtn bike that i cant part with. im sure my knees will tell me when its time. haha!

I have 4 bikes now .a fat tire bike 2 road bikes and the recumbent .

Didn't manage to get any pics buuut...
Yesterday I took my driveshaft out because the center support/ carrier bearing/ wtfever started squealing like a wild banshee with any touch of the skinny pedal... *(I also dunked it over the tires in a water crossing a couple weeks ago... couldn't have anything to do with it tho...)
So I swing by Oreillys to just pick up another one, right? Nope...
Can't get it... a quick Google search led me to believe that the one they started using on the 90's T100s all the way through 2nd gen Tacomas was still in use...
"Ok, give me that one."
"Gotta order it." Fine...
Next day, picked it up, went home, got the driveshaft out, pulled the center u-joint that I just put in a month ago out in order to get to the support bearing nut.... dont have a feckin 30mm... got everything around it... dammit...
Cleaned up everything under the truck, put it in 4wd and went back to Oreillys, no rear driveshaft, just fwd... weird... bought the socket, get home, got the yoke and bearing off pretty easily... the new one no fits... [emoji58]
Pulled mine apart, cleaned all the excess grease that they packed on the *outside* of the sealed bearing...
Pulled the seal off of one side of the bearing with a fine pick... it's dryer than a chalk factory...
Cleaned it out and packed it full of marine grease, put it all back together and returned the new one... still good after a couple of days... kinda makes me wonder about these feckin Texans that built this truck tho...
You put the grease on the *inside* of the seal... [emoji2955][emoji3166]
*almost forgot the best part!
I broke the feckin zerk fitting on the center u-joint putting it back together...

Easy fix but still...
Had to pick up an ease-out and 10 zerks because ya can't just buy one...

Crawdad, if you find yourself without a 30 mm again, lightly oil the inside of a 1 1/8 socket, and try gently tapping it on with a mallet...it might go on. 1 3/16 should be about perfect. I prefer snug to sloppy.

Unfortunately, all my standard size stuff is in my box 22+ hrs away, was trying to pack light and figured I didn't need them for a Civic or the Turd. Lol

Installed my 12" Kicker Comp VR subwoofer and yesterday did the Subaru Kicker tweeters

Went out to Topsail beach with my brother in laws cement grey TRD. Partied with the new Federals mts on and had a blast.

Very cool Combat!!!

With summer coming up I'm looking to do some camping so I've been looking around for a topper. Got some ideas from here https://driverskill.com/best-truck-topper-for-camping/ but not sure which to go with yet. Gotta decide soon!

boy, what happened to the good old days of throwing a couple sleeping bags in the back of the truck and watching stars all night? haha!

Washed, clay bar top to bottom, and waxed. Started raining so I had to back it in the garage to wax.

Now I cant take it out until the rain stops. Somewhere around mid June based on the weather forcast.

July 17th is looking good so far for you Scott...

Last couple of weekends have been mostly cool and damp...really cuts into the motorbike riding.
Tomorrow looks like another drive to work day, instead of the much more fun two wheels.
