Versitile Strap Suggestions

Can anyone suggest some good straps? I've got a 2011 Taco TRD Sport, 6ft bed (Access Cab, so I'm pretty sure it's 6').

I'm mainly going to be hauling kayaks, bikes, 1 motorcycle...other random stuff that my friends inevitably will ask me to move.

I've got the mounting cleats, so I just need a good versitile strapping set that will handle most situations. Of course I'll also carry the random bungee cord and rope.

Thanks!

Most brands of ratchet straps will do just fine for your needs. I'd go with the middle of the road medium duty straps, no need for the heavy duty kind.

I also recommend tarp straps over the generic bungee cords. Much more flex and stronger.

Jesse, thanks for the tip. Seems obvious, but that is something that I would totally do. I heard the tie downs that are anchored in the bed are rated for 220lbs, so I'll use those for any high tension strapping. Also, they look to be very replaceable if they break, rather than replacing a track.

Also, Search for the thread "D-rings".... basically attaching Dodge D-rings to the actual bed bolts (to the frame) in the bed... very good mod.
