Valvoline Syn or Mobil 1 and a oem filter... just like the above reply. I'm currently using Valvoline High-Mileage 5w-20 in my 2009 Tacoma. Runs smooth and quiet and have been getting good gas mileage.

Currently using Max-life Valvoine and a NAPA or OEM filter. Just saw an add for NAPA oil (mfg. by Valvoline) for every quart purchased.... they will donate 10 cents to a Veterans charity. Might start using NAPA oil.

Mobil 1 is great stuff.... I ran it in my 89 Honda CRX and 08 Honda Fit. Really made those VTECs sing!!
