What have you done to your Tacoma today?

Not sure what year your Taco is, but I know from look'n that I don't really like that lid opening up sideways. Mine, in a 2017, opens from the front and is hinged in back. It's better, I think, 'cause whatever knucklehead I have as a passenger can get into it without making a clusterf*** out of the effort.

I miss 2nd gen console the way it opened. A lot easier reaching for my firearm having it mounted on the inside. I can’t in my 3rd gen since it prevents my elbow going back. My passengers only have permission to reach in the glove compartment for license and registration which seldom happens.

What did you have to cut ? I am considering this for my 2017 but don't want to be hacking up a brand new truck.
Just a little 2inch by 3inch piece by the bumper post and wheel well cover underneath. Not noticeable. Theres also barely any room at all to get the top bumper post bolt back on. A ratchet or wrench won't work. The brackets come with a long post bolt and heavy washers. I left my top bumper post bolt off and compensated the long bolt it came with.

Got to love extra compartments. Btw I thought you did a little off-roading? You should probably make your choice of some seat covers and do a video.
Seat Covers (or new seats) are on the list. Most guys seem to love either the Clazzios or Wet-Okoles.

Busted my front bumper today. Those puddles had a lot thicker ice than it seemed.
Trying to decide if I wanna bite the bullet and get an aluminum or steel off-road grill guard or just replace the OEM plastic bumper cover.
-Anyone have any good deals on a good front bumper?
-Should I go steal or aluminum?
-Any advantages to just getting the replacement part?
-Any chance this could be covered in my warranty?
PS:
