Tire Choice: Hankook vs. General vs. BFG

So, I haven’t driven on anything but hard dirt roads so far, I already know the stock tires that came with my Taco OR DC are streeties at best. And snow is coming....I don’t see these as very good.

I’ve always been a BFG AT KO fan, for over 30 years, on my Tacos, Fords, and buggies. But seeing the pricing, I’m considering going with the Hankook Dynapro AT RF10 the General Grabber AT; instead of the KO2. (Had Cooper Discovery on my F250 for a bit, they were fine until I went into loose stuff)

Would like some feedback, off road and snow use. Really not considering any other tire/brand.

I’m in the same boat. I’m looking for new tires as well. I like the BFGOODRICH KO2. It looks good, rides good, and has great off road traction BUT I’ve had the DynaPro ATMs on my 2003 Tacoma as well and they were a great tire. The price was good and the performance was great. If I had the extra money, I would probably give in and get the BFGOODRICH because I think they win on looks but the DynaPro is a great tire for a guy looking to save $300.

I’ve never had the Generals.

The General Grabber AT reviews highly and everyone I’ve ever known with them loves them. I’ve looked at them myself.
Both are good tires. If it’s at the same price point I’d get the General Grabbers myself.
