What’s a reasonable price for both headlights and both taillights

My ‘17 trd sport wheels and toyo open country a30 tires (265/65r17) I lifted my truck real quick so the tires have only seen about 750 miles.

Is there anything I can do or a particular tire this size I can buy that will not affect my gas mileage too significantly. I know it’s a price you gotta pay but losing 6 mpg is disheartening. And thanks to you all that told me not to get the leveling kit, almost pulled the trigger on that
