Well I after much research I have gone with this one. Unit installed very easily if you can manage the weight well. Plan on putting it to the test soon!

As Scott said, on just about any car. The outside air is drawn in from the vents just below your windshield wipers. So when you have the Recirculate air option "off" there is a flap that then moves to those vents. So really it is just air being forced through the system as you travel at highway...

I went to the pull a part salvage and cut a seatbelt buckle off one. I buckle it in when I am making 400 yd trips to my rent houses etc...

Something I would NEVER try with my 2.7 XD But hats off to you man!
