Is the 200 something dollar lift kit by rough country good? Don't want to spend a ton so i was wondering if this a good option.

I just recently purchased a 2004 quad cab. I have around 400$ to spend on upgrades right now. I was wondering what would be a good thing to get right now. Also im getting rims and tires soon something besides that. Thanks
