So here is my issue when I am driving between 20-40 my engine seems to hiccup" noting to drastic just have to pump the pedal. I have cleaned and changed TPS and spark plugs and still have the issue. I notice this happens allot when the AC is running compared to every once in while without it...

Issue while driving RPM's fluctuates at lower speeds, I cleaned the TPS (Throttle Pressure Sensor) and it is not doing it as often but still is only in lower speeds (20-30mph). Any ideas? Thinking maybe fuel filter? currently at 98k miles.
