I traded in a great truck too and totally regret it. Toyota didn't do anything to help me so I'm stuck w it until I pay it down a little. If you tow anything... this is not the right truck.

I have the manual tranny 2017 4x4 dcsb and I hate it too. Bought to tow my 5500 lb boat and it's awful. Getting the truck going in 1st gear on the launch ramp is so sketchy. Regret buying this truck!

Towing with the manual tranny is not good. Getting my boat out of the water and up the launch ramp was pretty sketchy. My boat is about 5300 lbs so well within the 6400 lb limit. I should have bought the auto. Besides the disappointment of towing w the mt great truck!

Quick question. Just purchased a new 2016 v6 4x4 with the manual Tranny. Towed the boat great... then at the launch ramp getting the boat out of the water it was sketchy at best. Any suggestions for getting the truck going from a complete stop on a hill while towing about 5800 lbs without...
