In 2016 a newly redesigned truck came out. I have a 2014 which is a great truck (the older model) and I am very happy with The new truck also seeks to be getting a lot of love as well A few have posted about some transmission issues but I'm not sure if that is a large number of the trucks...- mdcmn7

N Fab makes a slider type rail that has detachable steps Idea being you can pull them off when off needed I don't have a set but it's an option to look into- mdcmn7

To Shell or not to Shell
This is always a pro/con thing I have a shell and it is great for locking water proof-ish storage.
