2003 Tacoma Cruise Control

I purchased a 2003 Tacoma about a year ago ( my first) and I would like to add Cruise Control but can't seem to figure out if it's prewired for it or not. Can anyone tell how to tell?

If you don't have it then your out of luck. There is so much that goes into it.
