I have a 2011 tacoma with 215k miles. When I come to stop and go to accelerate the transmission seems to go into neutral and then slams into 1st gear and chirps the tires. No transmission light or check engine light. Could it just need a transmission fluid flush? Anyone familiar with this issue?
