Hello, I am planning to take 17x8 offset 0 Wheels with 275 70 r17 BFG KO2 for my Tacoma 2011 6ft Bed (sr5) Lifted at 3'' with Bilstein 6112 F.

I still hesitate with 255 75 R17 because I don't want to deal with rubbing issues. If someone is using the same setup, please let me now because it's very difficult to find information on this matter on the different forums...

Regards

Which do you want? 255/75 or 275/70? And what area of rubbing as tire height and offset apply. Do you have mud flaps?

Hello, to be honest I don't know. I guess both are almost the same size except the width. In fact to explain to you I'm living in arctic and we dont have many mechanics for cars. As well we drive most of the time on dirt and small rocks roads. I want the tire not to go outside the fender, and to avoid at maximum rubbing. I want as well to keep mud flaps because of the gravel during winter (no salt). I'm not on an esthetic pattern at all, but more on a functional pattern. I read that the BFG 255 is in Load C only. I currently have 245 75 16 on Stock rim (16 x 7 +30 offset and the tire is very close tu UCA and way to small). I can make a picture if you want....

I have 285/70/17 on mine with Billies 5100 and they don't rub unless full lean with a full turn. Otherwise never.
