Change battery on fob 6 speed transmission Tacoma

I need to change the battery.
On a regular fob that I'm used to you have a fob battery like a 2032 battery. On a manual Tacoma, you have this;
Is there a round battery inside that encasement? I'm afraid if I open it, things will shoot out.

any ideas?

BTW;
Those of you going straight to Google forget it, they say regardless, six speed or automatic it's the same.

As far as I know those toyota fob batteries are all the same taking a 2016, or 2032 like my sr5 auto, or a trd 6 spd manual. depending on the trucks year, or trim.
So far even with my 2020 sr5 keys going through the washer, and dryer a few times, they still works great.
When replacing the battery just be sure to observe the correct polarity when removing the old one.
Note....your battery is located inside that sq looking blk plastic piece in the upper left pic
You need to take great care when separating it in half.

I've replaced the batteries in both keys.

Just put it in the way you took it out. Pretty sure they only fir one way anyhow.

It'll list it on the old battery...probably a 2016 for older gen3's, but don't hold me to it. Just be real careful releasing the tabs not to break them that separate the halves of this piece that contains the battery.
