Cold air intake kits

How convenient you can ask others for facts backing their claims but when asked for your own you have none. To be perfectly honest I would like dyno data proving either side correct.

How convenient for you to make claims without proof to back your claims up other than "It's louder so its got to be faster."

Contact Gadget at URD or Chris4X4 on TW. They should have a dyno sheet proving the loss. I'm not going to personally hand it to you.

You want more hp I'd go with a snorkel to be honest because a "cold air" intake system just sits in the engine bay with all the heat even if it has the heat shield. The snorkel will suck in colder air from outside of the engine bay. The only way I've really heard of a "cold air" intake really working is when people take one of there headlights out where the filter is at. And yes a "cold air" intake will allow the engine to breathe easier but your engine will always be sucking in the same amount of air unless you stroke it. And turbo or supercharging the engine will give you a significant increase in hp and it will allow the gases to be expelled quicker but your engine will still only be able to take in as much air as the chambers allow. Js lol
