I know its just for sound and minimal gains. But I can't stand how quiet my Taco is.

If you had a choice which exhaust would you buy? Here are the choices

I've got a Borla on mine. It is a little louder than stock but not much, engine breaths a lot better though. If I start mine by itself you'd probably not notice the sound difference, however if you start it next to a stock exhaust you can hear the difference. Under full throttle it is louder but still not annoying.
 
Well, I talked to my exhaust guy. He was like, leave it alone. So I think I might just keep er stock
 
I went through this a few years back and didn’t want anything obnoxious or annoying and checked them all. I ended up with #12256 Magnaflow and couldn’t be happier. Ordered it myself on Amazon and had a guy at a random muffler shop throw it on. I like it because it’s quieter than Flowmaster but still “Throaty”. Check it out, I’m willing to bet you’ll like it

I have used Magnaflow for many years. Best for all around sound and performance.
