Hey, I’m trying to remove a bumper with the factory tow hitch. I removed every bolt I could see associated with the bumper and hitch. The bumper and hitch is loose but I can’t free it from the truck. The bumper freely rocks up and down, but it won’t friggin fully detach from the frame.
    What am I missing?

This a new thread on bumper removal ? Any way, if you are sure that all nuts & bolts have been removed & it's free/loose moving around then unless it's half twisted around the frame somewhere It HAS to be a strap, or maybe a zip tie or even multi-layers of tape holding wiring or similiar to the frame, keep looking ...
