Jacking up rear of 2017 Tacoma

Can I safely jack up the rear of my 2017 Tacoma using a floor jack under the "pumpkin" with a piece of 2X4 as a buffer?

I don't even use a 2X4. It's fine but block the front wheels.

My main concern was causing any damage to the rear cover which I understand is prone to leaking.

3rd member so no cover out back. There's plenty of surface to stay off of the 3rd.
