Hey y'all. Just put on a 3 inch rough country lift. Do y'all think 33s would fit?

Alright. I got a friend who has some nitto mud grapplers. Pretty sure Im going to go that route

Are you happy with the Rough country 3 inch lift kit? I haven't seen much mentioned on this forum on that setup.

It's a spacer lift. All spacer lifts are terrible because they always ruin the ride. Top plate spacers give a double fail. They move the suspension down so the shock bottoms out before you hit bump stop. That leads to a bent lower shock mount if you hit hard enough.

I'm rocking the OME right now. Only complaint is the shocks didn't like the north east and shock bodies rusted up pretty good. Then for some reason can't get the alignment set with the stock control arms so it's wearing the outside edge of the tires. It isn't a bad set up the Dakar leaf packs actually make it so you can put weight in the bed

OME and 5100s are good. Those choices are the least expensive non spacer lift. Do a goggle search of either and you will find that people love those 2 lifts.

I have OME coilsprings on 5100s set a 0 on the front with a 2"AAL and 5100 rear and I absolutely love it. Did some wheelin today.

Just got my OME 3in lift with Dakar 7 leaf package, can't wait to put it on. Got 285/70r17 for for FJ rims. All for my little taco, reg cab 4x4. HOPE they fit.

I put the trail team edition FJ wheels in my Tacoma. There is only a 5mm difference in backspacing. So you should be good as far as the wheels go.
