Has anyone had the beep stop working when you lock up your truck ? Mine just stopped out of the blue. I scanned through all the settings .and the beeps are all check that they are activated.WTF
 
Idk, my 2020 is still giving one beep when the the truck is locked, and two when unlocking.
I've been able to disable or desensitize all the stupid nanny crap so I don't keep hearing all the beeping, and dinging when in traffic, or traveling on the roads here. I never checked too deep into trucks menu settings for that stuff your looking for, other then what I mentioned with the nanny crap. Other than that....I used the menu to do some minor changes in my trucks dash lighting. Sounds like you could have accidentally switched something off? Keep us informed when you find out what it is...I'm interested.
On another note, do your parking, and tail lights still flash when you activate your key?
 
A toyota tech friend on mine thinks it could be a body control module that failed if all else checks out. It's been a common issue.

I just like it to beep because I can lock from in the house ,without having to poke my head out the door ,before I hit the hay. Then I know for sure it's locked

Yeah, I do the same with my truck, except I know it's locked when I see the parking lights blink...and thats whats weird when you say your lights still blink when you press your key button. This tech friend ask if they still do...says thats very common of a bcm failure if they NO longer do.
