Sounds like basically a toyota dealer service issue. I would tend to guess if no codes thrown, and your issues are not in their data base, it's going to a more involved fix like diagnosing, and subbing parts till they correct the problem. I know either toyota dealer near me is more than capable of this, but at what cost?
