New Owner needs help with tires

Have a 2015 Tacoma and stock tires are 215/70R15 Hate to sound stupid but was wondering if i could get bigger tires just to lift the truck a little?

I haven’t with a 2wd. Most vehicles have room to go up one size. You should be able to do a 215/75/15 which is about 0.8” bigger over all giving you about 0.4” of height over stock. I’ve never done it. Let us know if you do.
