Howdy y'all so about a week ago I towed my boat and a week after every time I turn there's a knock in the rear in the center. So I went to a parking lot and did a circle at full turn and it was binding up real bad about half way. I'm assuming it's the rear diff. Any info would be helpful

Do you have e-locker? By rear center you mean the dif, I guess? Did you use the locker while pulling the boat? Or any other heavy loads on a hard surface? Sounds very unfortunate and probably dif related... Let us know what you figure out!
Yea it sounded like something was unstrapped in the back hitting my bed every turn but I have the lsd. No locker cus it's the sport.
Hmmmm.... I've been known for putting panduit straps on people's drive shafts... that makes people sh!t bricks... maybe someone is playing a trick on ya?
I wasn't trying to be a smart ass but me having a 4x2 my mind gets stuck in 4x2 mode sometimes. I have to remember whatever you 4x4 guys do to one end has to include the other end.
Like 2 months ago lol. I'm thinking they put the wrong fluid in but I got my truck scheduled for next Monday for the ARB rear air locker with some 4.88's
What year is your truck? Some have true clutched LSD, others have brake actuated "lsd". One needs friction modifier added to gl5, the other doesnt. Did u check your leaf pack for any snapped leafs?
It's a 2011 but ill check the leafs. They should be good I just got the old man emu heavy duty ones like 3 months ago
U wouldnt need any added friction modifier then, any 75w90 should be fine. Your truck relies on the brakes to control the limited slip. Make sure your u bolts are torqued to spec... I wanna say 85 ftlb ?
