Remote door opener mod

Hello. I have a base model 2019 Taco SR. It didn’t come with a remote door opener. It only has a key to unlock the truck. Is there a mod to install a remote doer opener. Thank you for your help.

I think its weird that my 2002 Maxima had a garage door opener built into the sun visor but 14 years later, my 2016 Tacoma has no built in garage door opener.

You don't have a place built into the truck near the rear view mirror to store a garage opener? My tacoma has...i use it to store my sunglasses.
