rough idle

I have a 2.7 3rz in a 2002 tacoma with a 5 speed. noticed that when sitting at idle after driving, when rpms drop to about 800 the whole truck gets a vibration, but when you barely hit the gas it stops, and when you let off it does it again. Any thoughts on what could cause that, and how to fix it?

Mine is doing that but pulling codes....P1130 air/fuel pressure sensor

Clean the air sensor downstream from the air cleaned. Use only spray design for the sensor. Carefully unscrew the unit and pull it out. DON'T at anytime touch the fine wire element. Spray the element on each side and let it dry. Carfully install in reverse. This sensor regulates the amount of air mixed with gas going to the injectors. Should help the idle and gas mileage.
