Sensitive brake pedal

Hey Forum , easy question: I've got a 2001 tacoma pre runner Xtra cab with very a very sensitive brake pedal. The brakes don't make any noise ,but when I mash the pedal, it starts to buck like a donkey. Please help me.

Brake booster could be failing or master cylinder could be going out or needs cleaned.
Over filled fluid reservoir can cause increased pressure in the system making the pistons not retract as they should and hold the pads closer to the rotors.
Could be the calipers are failing.
If you live where rust is an issue it could be caplipers or lines are going bad.
