Nothing wrong with mountain bikes. How much you pay for that specialized bike? Around $2,000?You definitely can get a work out of them. I used to have a Trek road bike, usually got 25 to 50 miles per ride. Ended up selling it because I stop riding it because of 3rd shift ( sleep was more important to me I guess). I think I'll end up getting another one before long.
