Tim and tire size

I have a stock 07 sr5. I'm looking to upgrade my rims. What is the biggest and widest rim I can get with out any suspension mods?

What current size you got and what trails you will be taking?? With no lift, I would go with 17" biggest close to stock so you wouldn't get any major issue or get 265/70 R17.
