Which UCAs to buy...

I can't decide whether to get Light Racing UCAs or go with a uniball type.
For those of you that have Light Racing, can you tell me your experience with them thus far? Are there any functional or mechanical reasons to spend the extra $250+ for uniball UCAs?
My initial presumption is that the Light Racing UCAs are adjustable and might slip, causing a misalignment. This is so far my only concern about them.

All my buddies who've used them say dirt , muddy anything can get in them . Wearing the joint out more quickly and are louder with more noise!
 
Good points!! As for getting them installed and keeping them adjusted properly, how well do they stay aligned over time?
