Check out NMO mounts. You will have to drill but they are really clean and seal up nice with an o-ring.

Ditto on what abbazaba14 said. Almost verbatim what I did except that I leveled out my truck with stock springs instead of keeping it stock ride height. I even did it the way they show you on YouTube. You won't be disappointed.

I bought my bumper for just under $800 on eBay from the seller penascopoint. You can also find it on Amazon for a little cheaper but I live in Alaska and few people want to give me free shipping on something like that. :) I believe that the part number is TC-19336. I've been happy with it so far.

Well I've only had it on for a few weeks now but it came with a decent coat of paint so far. We will see what an Alaskan winter does to it next winter. :) The only real issue I noticed is when I put it on the truck, the winch mount is adjustable but where the bumper mounts, it is not...

I just installed the 5100s and have no complaints either. I think it's a matter of your personal preference.

Not sure about the Toytec but I just added a 200 lbs. bumper with an 85 lbs. winch. I kept stock springs but put them on the Bilstein 5100 shocks. I'm very pleased with the ride.
