Just bought a 1996 regular cab Tacoma. 4 cylinder 4 wheel drive. Replaced the brake lights. And the license plate lights. The license plate lights still won't work. Checked fuses. All seems right. Also the radio works but it's not backlit at night. It that normal? And the cigarette lighter port...

From the rear like shocks/leaf springs area. It is very sensitive. I can put weight on it with one hand and it will squeak.

Alright I know squeaky Tacomas are nothing new but my 2016 TRD Off-road began squeaking within the first thousand miles. They fixed the squeak on my 2015 TRD Off-road. Is there anyone else having squeaking issues and is there a fix for it yet?
