Has anybody installed power adjustable pedals from a 4-Runner into their Tacoma? My wife is only 5' tall and had to kiss the steering wheel to drive my truck.

I'm getting ready to install a double-din stereo in my '10 double cab. Is there a blank panel available to remove the factory clock and install in its place? I'd also like to remove the factory steering wheel controls and replace them with a blank cover. Is that available? Part numbers?
