Waited about 3 months for mine due to shipping it and paperwork.

There are also issues with the blind spot monitoring sensors. Not too terrible since you can turn them off but annoying that with a little rain and snow they will short out.

To be honest, my 6 year 75,000 mile major components coverage was about $1950. So $2,200 doesn't seem too bad. I would go for it, just on the off chance that something does go wrong.
