There's a mount that allows you to mount an iPad mini in the dash, everything runs through the iPad... Not something I would do but if that's what your looking for...

My AC has never blown hot, have never had any leaks in it either, I just take it to him for a simple check, that's all... For 10 bucks a year, it's worth it to me...

Should only need the 7 to 5 pin... Don't think I've ever heard of a 5 pin before, just 4, 6, and 7.
