    Above the windshield is gonna give you a blinding reflection off the hood at night, I'd keep it on the front bumper or set the light bar back where the light won't hit the hood, my lights are on my front bumper and it's definitely the way to go

    The Gobi rack is a badass rack, but the light bar will still reflect off the hood at night, my brother has one above the windshield on his jeep, its almost useless at night with the reflection off the hood...

    With a light bar above the cab you get a blinding reflection of the hood, you really can't see anything past that...

    I disagree on the mounting part, I don't know about silvers, but mine is mounted with 12 total bolts to the frame, 6 on each side, higher than where the crash bar is mounted...

    30" Light bar installation

    When I had my stock bumper on I had a 30" in the same spot, I got the rigid brackets off eBay, all you have to do is cut the lower grill out, unbolt 2 bolts on each side of the aluminum cash bar, put the brackets on, bolts on, mount the bar, wire it up and your good to go

    I have an ATC and love having it... I currently go to college in central Texas, where wind never stops and the dust is always in the air, the shell is nice having a large space I can put stuff and know it will stay clean and dry.
