Yeah they built the converter and it should be 4,000 stall and it’s lucky to get to 2600 before it pushes the truck. I think it’s a high 10 second truck if I had a trans brake and a 4,000 stall. Still not bad for motor and 3260 pounds

The ranger has a 347, c4 transmission, 4:30 gear. It’s a race truck only.

Just easier to work on, I think it looks better too. I know people say rear disc brakes are not that good but I did a set on my ranger and it stops a lot better now and I didn’t change the valve to go to disc yet

Yeah mine was doing the same thing. I replaced them

I looked and they were done in may 2017. I’ll just wait till after Christmas and call them to get them to see what it is making the noise

Disc are just easier to work on

I had my rear brakes done at the dealer ship not very long ago and they are making a noise now like the drum is not round. I have never done rear brakes so I'm looking at this kit to change it over to disc. any shops in the Houston area that you know that can do this ...
