I'm thinking I might have to replace the Firestones before next winter. So looking for a nice "all-season" truck/suv tire with a smooth ride. Sometimes AT tires can really kill gas mileage. I have always like the "look of" the Goodyears that came on TRD Tacomas. General Grabbers worked well...

Sometimes recalls get expanded to cover more vehicles and productions dates. Did you contact your local Toyota dealer??

Honestly, I'd contact Crutchfield. They have great tech help and include all mounting hardware and wiring harnesses. That way, you don't have to cut or mess with factory wiring. I have been purchasing car audio from this company since 1989... and this is the only place I purchase car stereo...

Is this part of the blower motor recall? Might be covered by the dealer?
