Yeah I put all my tie downs and straps and what not in those little compartments in the bed. Even had room for my tow hitch back there.

So went from a car that had a trunk to a truck that has this little spot behind the seat. What do people use for tool bags that can fit behind the seat? I like to keep the bed of truck empty of things like that.

So been doing little things like removing mud flaps and painting bumper and letters and de badging. Here is pic with first day I bought it to today. Only Tacoma owners will notice the little things.

Well here is the results. Not happy with the bumper pieces. I may take those off and actually permanently paint them or just go a get a new aftermarket bumper. Not sure yet.

As I was taking off the paper and tape I told myself “if this doesent last I’ll just get a aftermarket off road bumper” haha.

Why what’s up? Does the plasti dip not last or something?

Once you plasti dip your badges and what not is it safe to wash your truck? Will the plasti dip peel off when using a car sponge or high pressure washer?

Got 6 so far. Was thinking 10 should do.

How did you put back on? More sticky tape or glue? I want to keep door badges and paint them also like you did. Also what paint did you use and did you sand or prime first?

Got it tinted today. 10% all the way around. Here is before and after.

Anyone replace these with different colors? I would like to get red letters to replace the chrome letters and haven’t found anything online. Someone mentioned taking them off and painting or dipping them but not sure how easy it would be peeling them off. Anyone done this before?

Where did you get them? Do they have red?

Just picked up a 2018 Tacoma with TRD OFF ROAD with manual 6 speed. No regrets so far and hope to get this thing looking beast soon.
